LT Technologies (LTT) is developing an innovative microwave-based rapid thermal processing (RTP) technology capable of reaching ultra-high temperatures (>2000C) with very fast thermal ramping rate (>1000C/second). The technology fills critical needs in rapid thermal processing of wide bandgap semiconductors such as SiC, GaN and ZnO and nano-scale silicon devices. The technology also has great potential in other applications include packaging of microelectronics, MEMS and synthesis of nano-materials.
